I agree to board my dog at the above kennels on the understanding that Waterloo Kennels and their owners accept no responsibility for loss or injury. I further agree that if the dog is not collected within 14 days of the specified collection date and no communication is received from me my authority is given to sell or otherwise dispose of the dog at the kennel’s discretion. This shall not release the owner from liability of any unpaid charges.
In case of illness, veterinary fees & nursing will be charged extra.
A valid certificate of vaccination must be provided on arrival.
It is the duty of the owner to ensure their pet is/are fit and sound and free from contagious disease when placing them in our care.
All dogs are charged for the day of their arrival and the day of their departure unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
Please adhere to the opening hours as stated. Any collection/delivery outside these hours should be by prior agreement only.
No refunds will be made in the case of early collection.
No reduction is made if you supply your pets own food.
We require details of any pre-existing condition and reserve the right to consult a veterinary surgeon should we feel it necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse to board any animal that is clearly unwell or in a very poorly condition.
For hire of the secure paddocks
Field users do so at their own risk. No responsibility can be taken for any incidents within the field. Vehicles and contents are left at the owner’s risk.
No unaccompanied under 18’s and no unaccompanied dogs.
Please only use compostable poobags for waste. We compost the poo so no plastic bags. All waste must be bagged and binned – bins are provided.
Your dog must be supervised at all times and we do accept responsibility for its safety or if it escapes. Waterloo has either 6ft secure fencing or 4.6ft fencing around the various paddocks and we will show you round the different areas on your first visit to us.
All dogs must be up to date with their worming, flea and tick treatments.
All bookings must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable. If you need to change your booking please give us 24 hours notice.
Please leave the paddock at the end of your time slot even if you arrive late and shut all gates behind you.
Be mindful of other dogs when you arrive and leave as they may be reactive. Keep your dog on a lead at all times when not in the field.
Strictly no litter to be left in the paddocks.
Strictly no smoking.
We reserve the right to close the paddocks at any time for which a full refund will be given.
Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before your booked session and do not enter the paddock if you see that it is being used by another person and their dog.
If the dog, or any it lives with, is showing any ill health (coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, general lethargy, etc) users agree to cancel the session.
